Suggested limits now count orders paid at checkout

What changed. A suggested limit now starts from the most a company owed you at checkout in the last 12 months: what it already owed plus the whole order it was placing, even one paid in full at checkout. Before, only orders with payment terms counted, so a company that pays big orders by card could get a limit below its next order.

What you’ll see. Suggested limits go up for companies that pay at checkout, and the column on the Suggestions page is now called Most owed at checkout. A limit you applied from a suggestion before this change shows “Could take a higher limit” when Quay now suggests more for the same group. Quay groups your companies the same way as before. Nothing changes until you apply.
