Quay pricing
You are paying to stop reviewing every wholesale order by hand. Three plans, priced by how many wholesale companies you have, and every plan has the same features: per-company credit limits, enforcement at checkout, and an accounts-receivable view of who owes you what.
14 days free, billed monthly through Shopify, cancel from your Shopify Admin. Installing does not switch anything on for your buyers — more on that below.
Starter — $39/mo
Just past spreadsheets. 25 companies under enforcement, email support. Start Starter free for 14 days →
Growth — $79/mo
Sweet spot
Real wholesale, not a side hustle. 100 companies under enforcement, priority email support. Start Growth free for 14 days →
Scale — $149/mo
You have an accounts team. Unlimited companies under enforcement, direct chat support. Start Scale free for 14 days →
On every plan, without exception:
- Configurable enforcement at checkout
- AR aging dashboard
- 5 policy presets
- Telegram alert when an order gets past a block
14 days free. Enforcement is off until you switch it on, so installing changes nothing for your buyers today. Cancel from your Shopify Admin whenever you want.
The plans differ in two things only: how many companies Quay covers, and how fast you can reach us. No feature is held back for a higher tier.
If you want to see what those features actually do before you pick a plan: how enforcement works at checkout and how the AR aging view is built. Already running another credit app? You can install Quay alongside it and switch over in your own time. And if you are not sure you need any of this, what native Shopify B2B already does is the honest place to start.
What counts as a company
A company is one company profile in your Shopify B2B customer list. Locations do not count separately, so a wholesale customer with five delivery addresses is still one company. Retail customers are not companies and never count toward your plan.
Which means the number you pay for is the number of wholesale accounts you actually extend credit to, not your order volume and not your revenue. A busy month costs the same as a quiet one.
If you have more companies than your plan covers
Quay covers the companies you created first. On Starter that is your 25 oldest companies, on Growth your 100 oldest. Scale covers all of them.
Companies past the line are not blocked, broken or hidden — they carry on as ordinary Shopify B2B customers. They simply have no credit limit, and nothing stops their orders at checkout. When you move up a plan, they come under enforcement as soon as Quay re-reads your company list.
We would rather tell you this here than have you discover it later: if you have 300 companies and pick Starter, 275 of them are unprotected, and the app will not pretend otherwise.
The trial, and what installing actually changes
Every plan starts with 14 days free. Nothing is charged during the trial and there is no card to give us — Quay bills through Shopify, so the charge lands on your regular Shopify invoice with everything else.
Enforcement is off by default when you install. Quay starts by reading your existing companies and orders so you can see who owes what, and it changes nothing for your buyers until you turn enforcement on for a company yourself. So the trial genuinely costs you nothing, including risk.
Whatever you pick, the way Quay handles your store's data does not change with the plan. What it reads, what it stores and what happens to all of it when you leave is written out on the security page.
Cancelling
Cancel from your Shopify Admin whenever you want. When the subscription ends, Quay stops enforcing at checkout and your buyers order exactly as they did before you installed it. Your Shopify data is yours throughout: Quay reads your companies and orders, it never becomes the only place your numbers live.
Frequently asked questions
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. Quay charges a flat monthly fee and takes nothing from your orders. Quay never touches the payment itself, so there are no processing fees on top: Shopify handles the money exactly as it does today.
What happens if I have more companies than my plan covers?
The companies you created first are the ones Quay covers, and the rest keep working as ordinary Shopify B2B customers with no credit limit and nothing stopping their orders. Nothing is deleted or hidden. Move up a plan and the rest come under enforcement once Quay re-reads your company list.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from inside the app. The change goes through Shopify billing, the same way your first subscription did.
Is there a free plan?
No, but every plan starts with 14 days free, and there is no card to enter with us — billing runs through your Shopify account.
Do I need Shopify Plus?
No. Quay works on any Shopify plan that has B2B customers. Since April 2026 that includes Basic, Grow and Advanced, not just Plus.
Start with the numbers, not with enforcement
Install Quay and the first thing it does is read your existing companies and past orders, so you can see who owes you what and who is overdue before you change anything. Nothing is blocked, nothing changes for your buyers. You decide what to enforce after you have looked at the numbers.
Install Quay on Shopify14 days free, then from $39/mo. Billed through Shopify, cancel any time from your Shopify Admin.
