Your buyers' Payment summary is now one table
Your buyers’ Payment summary is one table. On the Finance and payments page, “Due date”, “Due amount” and “Total outstanding” print once at the top, with a row per currency under them, your store’s currency first. Before, the three labels repeated over each currency’s figures. The words, the figures and the Overdue mark are unchanged, and a buyer whose company owes in one currency sees one row.
Two changes on the companies list. A company over its credit limit by any amount shows its “Over by” line in red. Before, an overage under 0.005% of the limit (25p on a £5,000 limit) showed in yellow. And a company on Pay on order because of overdue invoices says so under its badge, for example “Overdue invoices · Standard”, even when it is also over its limit. Before, it said “Over credit limit · Standard”.
A company that owes you in more than one currency is now counted on the companies list and in the dashboard’s over-limit count the way its company page and checkout already count it: only your store’s currency counts against the limit, and the rest shows beside it. Top debtors now shows each currency’s amount, and still ranks companies by all their currencies added together. How that works, and what to do after you change your store’s currency, is in credit limits in multiple currencies.
What stays the same. Checkout and your policies work as before, a company that owes you only in your store’s currency shows the same figures, and there is nothing to switch on.
